George scores first senior goal as Chelsea sink Legia Warsaw in Conference League

Teenage sensation Tyrique George opened his senior goal account in style as Chelsea secured a dominant 3–0 win over Legia Warsaw in the first leg of their UEFA Conference League quarter-final clash.
Playing in Poland, the breakthrough came just four minutes into the second half when George reacted quickest to a rebound from Reece James’ parried shot, calmly slotting home to give the Blues the lead.
The 19-year-old winger, who has represented England at U-19 level, continues to impress in European competition despite not yet starting a Premier League match. He has now made 10 appearances in Europe this season.

Chelsea’s dominance was further underlined by substitute Noni Madueke, who came off the bench to score twice and seal a commanding first-leg advantage for Enzo Maresca’s side.
