Adamawa governor appoints Emir of Fufore as leader of 2025 Hajj delegation

Adamawa State Governor, Rt. Hon. Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, has announced the appointment of the Emir of Fufore, Alhaji Muhammadu Sani Ribadu, as the Amirul-Hajj for the 2025 Hajj pilgrimage to Saudi Arabia.
The Emir will lead the state’s official delegation to the holy land, a role that underscores his dedication, wealth of experience, and strong commitment to religious affairs in the state.
According to the governor, Ribadu’s appointment is a reflection of his tireless service and leadership in promoting peace, unity, and religious values among the people of Adamawa.

Other members of the delegation include:
1. Alhaji Muhammad Buba Jidjiwa
2. Barr. A T Shehu
3. Alhaji Ibrahim Abba
4. Alhaji Abubakar Murtala
5. Alhaji Mohammed Dabo (Secretary)
Governor Fintiri charged the committee to be dedicated to their assignment, ensuring a hitch-free 2025 Hajj operation.
He also tasked the delegation to collaborate with relevant agencies for a successful operation.
