Plateau Gov Mutfwang dumps PDP for APC

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has confirmed that Plateau State Governor Caleb Mutfwang has officially defected from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
The announcement was made by APC National Chairman Nentawe Yelwata during the party’s 14th national caucus meeting held at the State House Conference Centre in Abuja. Yelwata, who hails from Plateau State, disclosed the development to attendees, marking a significant political shift in the state ahead of upcoming elections.

According to him, Governor Mutfwang’s defection means that the entire North Central region is now under the control of the APC.
