Joy Mojisola Raimi has been crowned Miss World Nigeria 2025 following a spectacular finale held at the Federal Palace Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos, on Saturday.
Representing Osun State, the 24-year-old beauty emerged as the winner from a competitive field of 37 contestants drawn from across the country.

1. Rooted in Osun, raised in Rivers
Joy hails from Boripe Local Government Area in Osun State but spent her formative years in Rivers State.
She proudly embraces both her Yoruba heritage and her upbringing in the Niger Delta region.

An alumna of the University of Port Harcourt, Raimi’s intellectual prowess shone throughout the pageant.

As Miss World Nigeria 2025, she will carry the nation’s hopes to the 72nd Miss World competition in Hyderabad, India, scheduled from May 7 to May 31, where she will compete against over 140 contestants from across the globe.
