Chaos in Turkish Cup as Mourinho clash with Galatasaray coach Okan Buruk

The fiery rivalry between Fenerbahçe and Galatasaray took a dramatic turn on Wednesday night as a post-match brawl overshadowed the Turkish Cup encounter.
Fenerbahçe’s head coach, José Mourinho, found himself at the center of controversy after a heated exchange with Galatasaray boss Okan Buruk.
The tension boiled over following Fenerbahçe’s narrow defeat, sparking a mass altercation between players from both sides.
The referee was forced to take action, showing red cards to three players amid the chaos. However, the most shocking moment came when Mourinho was caught on camera grabbing Buruk’s nose, an act that sent the Galatasaray manager tumbling to the ground while clutching his face.

Galatasaray’s vice president, Metin Öz Turk, did not hold back in his reaction, condemning Mourinho’s behavior and labeling it an attack on Turkish football.
Known for his outspoken nature and history of touchline antics, Mourinho’s latest controversy has once again placed him in the headlines, adding fuel to the already fierce rivalry between the two Istanbul giants.
