Protesters storm Abuja, warn Atiku, Obi, Kwankwaso, others against joining ADC

Protesters on Thursday took to the streets of Abuja, urging prominent opposition figures, including Atiku Abubakar, Peter Obi, Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, and David Mark, to steer clear of the African Democratic Congress.
The demonstration was led by the factional National Chairman of the party, Nafiu Bala, who accused the political heavyweights of attempting to take control of the party.
Bala was joined by ADC House of Representatives member, Leke Abejide, as they marched with supporters carrying placards with various inscriptions.

Some of the placards had inscriptions such as ‘Woe to Political Marauders’, and ‘Hon. Nafiu Bala, We Stand With You’.
recall that this seems to be a counter protest after an earlier demonstration by the David Mark faction at the headquarters of the Independent National Electoral Commissionz INEC.
