Man City cruise into FA Cup semi-finals after 4-0 rout of Liverpool

Manchester City have become the first team to reach the semi-finals of this season’s FA Cup after a dominant 4-0 victory over Liverpool on Saturday.
Manager Pep Guardiola saw his side take full control of the quarter-final clash, with Erling Haaland opening the scoring from the penalty spot after Nico O’Reilly was fouled in the box. Haaland then doubled the lead with a header before halftime.

Antoine Semenyo added a third early in the second half, finishing off a brilliant team move, before Haaland completed his hat-trick to seal an emphatic win.
In other quarter-final fixtures, Arsenal travel to Southampton, while Chelsea host Port Vale.
