100 level Taraba university female student found dead in boyfriend’s house

A wave of shock and grief has swept through Taraba State University following the tragic discovery of a female student’s lifeless body in the Bakasi area of Jalingo metropolis.
The deceased, identified as Comfort Jimtop Oliver, was a 100-level Mass Communication student and a native of Takum Local Government Area of the state.
According to early reports, Comfort’s body was discovered inside a residence allegedly belonging to her boyfriend. The circumstances surrounding her death remain unclear, but the incident has sparked widespread concern and sorrow within the university community.

Though the university spokesperson could not be reached at the time of filing this report, some staff of the institution confirmed the incident.
They confirmed that the institution in collaboration with the police will leave no stone unturned to uncover what led to her death.
Also confirming the incident, the police spokesperson in the state, James Lashen, said the details surrounding her death are yet to be uncovered but promised to get back to our reporter, as soon as he reached out to the Divisional Police Officer of the area.
