Napoli sets €100m price for Osimhen amid Juventus interest

The ongoing transfer drama surrounding Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen intensifies as Napoli reportedly sets a €100 million valuation on the player, should Juventus seek to secure his services.
Although Osimhen’s release clause is widely reported to be €75 million, it applies only to clubs outside Italy. For domestic competitors like Juventus, the Serie A champions would need to enter direct negotiations with Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis, who is known for his tough negotiating tactics.
DAZN journalist Orazio Accomando provided insights into Napoli’s position, suggesting the Italian club is firm on its valuation and may be reluctant to sell Osimhen for anything less than their asking price, especially to a domestic rival.

“There’s interest from the Premier League (Chelsea and Manchester United in the lead), but also from Barcelona for Osimhen,” he posted on X.
“The clause for going abroad is 75 Million Euros.
“Juventus could join in, but it will depend on qualification for the Champions League and the outgoing market. The request for Italian clubs is 100 Million Euros.”
