Serbian tennis icon Novak Djokovic has taken another step toward a historic seventh Miami Open title after a commanding straight-sets victory over Sebastian Korda in the quarter-finals.

Originally set for Wednesday, the match was delayed due to scheduling issues, but Djokovic wasted no time asserting his dominance once play resumed on Thursday. He secured a 6-3, 7-6 victory in just 82 minutes, showcasing his trademark resilience and skill.

Djokovic wrapped up the opening set in style, winning the final 12 points, and mounted an impressive comeback from a 5-2 deficit in the second set before sealing the win in a tie-break.

The 24-time Grand Slam champion now sets his sights on Grigor Dimitrov in the semi-finals, scheduled for tonight.
