Among his most notable developments are LucreziaBySujimoto and LeonardoBySujimoto, both located in Banana Island; Queen Amina By Sujimoto in Abuja, which is set to become Northern Nigeria’s tallest residential tower; Sujimoto Diamond City in Victoria Island, Lagos; The Giuliano in Banana Island, which was fully sold out before completion; and the Sujimoto Tower in Dubai, a 44-storey luxury skyscraper in Downtown Dubai.

Growing up on a street where only two homes owned a generator, and spending time in the bustling Oke-Arin market, he learned the importance of negotiation, discipline, and hard work from a young age.

Controversies

Despite his achievements, Ogundele has faced challenges.

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) recently declared him wanted over allegations of fund diversion and money laundering, according to a statement released by EFCC spokesperson Dele Oyewale.

Net worth

With his expanding business empire, Ogundele is reported to have a portfolio worth over $10 billion, including 80 hotels, malls, and residential properties across Africa and internationally.
