Kwara Federal Fire Service spokesman, Olanrewaju, passes away

The Federal Fire Service in Kwara State is in grief following the sudden and unexpected death of its Public Relations Officer, Ameen Olanrewaju.
The sad news was announced on Saturday night via the official Facebook page of the Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB), which described his passing as “unexpected” and a great loss to the service.
“We received the news of his demise with shock and disbelief as the late Olanrewaju had shown no signs of illness prior to his death.

“According to close colleagues and friends, Olanrewaju played football on Friday night and retired to his room afterward. However, he did not wake up the following morning.
“He has since been buried in accordance with Islamic rites.
“Our deepest condolences goes to his family, colleagues, the command, associates and the entire federal fire service,” the post reads.
