PDP sets November 15–16 for elective national convention in Ibadan

The People’s Democratic Party (PDP) has officially scheduled its elective national convention to hold on November 15 and 16, 2025, in Ibadan, the capital of Oyo State.
The announcement was made by PDP National Publicity Secretary, Debo Ologunagba, following a National Executive Committee (NEC) meeting held at the party’s national secretariat in Abuja.

According to Ologunagba, the convention will usher in a new National Working Committee (NWC) to pilot the affairs of the party for the next four years. He also revealed that the NEC has approved the composition of both the convention committee and the zoning committee, which will oversee and ensure a transparent and credible process.
