Karu LGA Chairman appoints over 70 aides

The Executive Chairman of Karu Local Government Area in Nasarawa State, Abubakar Madaki, has announced the appointment of no fewer than 70 aides to support his administration.
In a statement released by his Special Assistant on Media and Publicity, Adamu Ladan, the breakdown includes six Senior Special Assistants and 64 Special Assistants.
According to Ladan, the appointments were made after careful consideration to ensure inclusivity and efficiency.

He noted that “certain things are considered, including competency, contribution to the party, and loyalty to the dividend of democracy.”
The media aide further urged the appointees “to develop creative and implementable programmes to position the local government as a leading centre for impactful youth initiatives.”
He congratulated the new aides and wished them success in carrying out their responsibilities.
