Peter Obi meets Jonathan for talks on national issues

Former Anambra State governor and Labour Party’s 2023 presidential candidate, Peter Obi, on Thursday visited former President Goodluck Jonathan in Abuja for a closed-door discussion on pressing national matters.
Obi shared details of the meeting on his official X (formerly Twitter) handle, describing Jonathan as a “very dear elder brother, statesman, and leader.”
“Today in Abuja, I met with my very dear elder brother, statesman, and leader, former President Goodluck Jonathan. We had a fruitful closed-door meeting and discussed the state of our dear nation,” Obi wrote.

Details of their conversation is yet to be disclosed.
