FCT elections: APC releases names of 137-member campaign council(FULL LIST)

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has officially released the list of members appointed to its National Campaign Council for the upcoming 2026 Federal Capital Territory (FCT) elections.
The highly anticipated elections are scheduled to hold on Saturday, February 21, and will take place across all six Area Councils in Abuja. These include Abaji, Abuja Municipal Area Council (AMAC), Bwari, Gwagwalada, Kuje, and Kwali.
In a statement issued on Sunday, the ruling party said the members of the APC national campaign council will be inaugurated prior to the campaign period.
At the top of the list of members of the APC National Campaign Council for the FCT Area Council elections are governor of Kwara State, AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq as chairman; Imo governor, Hope Uzodimma as co-chairman I; Governor Mai Mala-Buni of Yobe State as Co-chairman II; Governor Umar Bago of Niger State as co-chairman III; Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Benjamin Kalu as Secretary and Sanasi Evelyn as assistant secretary.

Members of the FCT election National Campaign Council for APC include Senate President, Godswill Akpabio; Speaker, Tajudeen Abbas; Governor Umo Eno of Akwa Ibom State, Governor Monday Okpebholo of Edo, Governor Bassey Otu of Cross River, Governor Hyacinth Alia of Benue, Governor Peter Mbah of Enugu and Governor Francis Nwifuru of Ebonyi State.
Others are Governors Inuwa Yahaya, Lucky Aiyedatiwa, Abdullahi Sule, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, Umar Radda, Usman Ododo, Nasir Idris, Uba Sani, Umar Namadi and Adedeapo Abiodun among others.
According to the APC, the inauguration ceremony will take place at 10 am on Wednesday, February 11, at the party’s National Working Committee Hall, National Secretariat located on 40 Blantyre Street, Abuja.
